Final Remarks
I learned countless lessons from this semester. I learned lessons big and small and i really feel like I got my feel wet. I'm just so excited to continue and i really feel like i picked a great major. The greatest lesson learned was that you need a team to make a movie and you need to be very organized.
My strengths i feel are begin in being organized. Making my binder for our final project was so fun to me. I felt like it was a puzzle i had to solve. I also like casting my actors and the laughs we had on set. I also think i have a pretty clear creative vision. I'm a good story teller. It probably comes from being in the theater. I believe in a strong and clear beginning middle and end.
My weaknesses come from me being a beginner film maker. I just need to shoot more. I learned from all of my projects this semester. The first project i learned to plan ahead and to white balance. The second project i learned I NEED a crew. Its hard to do more than one a job. Also that darkness is lit.
My career goals surround being a Producer, Writer, and Director. I think I'm really good at all three. This summer I'm going to write a series, If only for myself to enjoy. I dot really know where the future is going to take me but I'm excited about the ride
Finally I loved this class. I have a long way to go but i'm willing to do the work.
